Preparing for the service

We are available 24 hours, 7 days a week to transfer your loved one into our care. Under the professional care of our highly trained staff, we will take care of the following:

1. Arrange meeting, the length of which will depend on your instructions and cultural requirements, and the circumstances of the death. The meeting usually takes 1-2 hours, and in order to begin arrangements for the funeral, not all decisions need to be made at this meeting, although there are some details that need to be agreed upon.
2. Schedule a date, time and location for the services. This helps family and friends be able to plan their time if they need to travel or take time off.
3. Discuss options such as who will lead the service, the religious team, and other elements (ie. music, flowers, etc.,).
4. Preparing and obtaining necessary authorizations and permits, including the death registration.
5. Coordinate with the cemeteries, crematoriums or other third parties, such as coroner office, religious team and police.
6. We will explain the fees and payment options and provide you with a detailed fee estimate.

Funeral director will liaise with all service providers for you, you do not need to contact them yourself. We will provide you with a copy of the funeral arrangements so we both know the agreement.
